YAY! Please check the email address used for your order for your confirmation shipping email & tracking number. If you are unable to locate the email please feel free to reach out to us and we can further assist you.

• Address Error: some customers did not place a valid address at the time of order resulting in shipping delays. We are holding your items and have reached out via email for an address update.  Please update your address within 3 days of purchase or a partial refund will be processed and your order will be cancelled. In order for your items to arrive to you smoothly without getting lost or returned we must have a full valid address (including name, street address (house/apt number if needed), state, country, postal code, and phone number).

• Returned Parcel: if your items are returned to us due to 'insufficient address' or for being  'unclaimed' then you (the customer) is responsible for paying an additional reshipment fee to have your items reshipped to your new/updated  address. The Mini Thread Box is NOT responsible for wrong addresses placed on orders.

• Lost or Stolen Parcels: If you have an issue with a lost of stolen parcel please contact your shipping company directly and provide them with your tracking number. Please note The Mini Thread Box is NOT responsible for lost or stolen shipments.

• WE DO NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the customers responsibility to review all shop policies before placing their order with any business, therefore, when placing an order with our business you agreed to ALL STORE POLICIES.  Please be respectful and mindful of our small business and we go through lot of effort and work to hand make each item . You can review our return policy here.

• Please note that emails sent for order updates/tracking numbers will take 1-2 business days to receive a response due to the high volume of emails we receive. We do not guarantee a response through social media DM's as inbox's are flooded daily. Thank you guys so much for being so patient and kind with us. Please be mindful that as a small business we are trying our best to help and reach everyone! We've had thousands and thousands of messages come across all possible platforms, and it's been very challenging to get to every message and keep up with the high demand. So please be patient with our team and know that your messages, concerns, and questions are important to us ❤️​

• Please remember the processing time does not include the shipping time. Shipping time is determined by the postal office services and is an additional wait time to the processing time. Visit our SHIPPING POLICY for more information on processing and shipping times. ​

• We CAN UPDATE your shipping address or personal information as long as your order has not been shipped out yet. PLEASE CONTACT US ASAP.

• Postal Services we use for each destination:

  • Canada (Domestic): Canada Post Services​ (2-6 Business Days).

  • USA (International): USPS (3-6 Business Days).

  • Other (International): Chit Chats International/Asendia/USPS/Canada Post (postal service will depend on what postal office is available in your country to receive packages from Canada) - (15-25 Business Days).

• YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION SHIPPING EMAIL WHEN YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED. If you are within the processing time and have not received your shipping confirmation email PLEASE BE PATIENT ❤️ we are working hard to get your order complete and shipped out to you as soon as possible!
