First of all, we want to thank each and every single one of you for the insane amount of support we've been recieving. It's been a very overwhelming time, and we couldn't be more thankful. Here, we have created a page where you can check on all our shop updates so you can know exactly what's going on behind the scences. We will include information such as processing time changes, order's we are currently working on, unforeseen circumstances, or any further changes that are made within the shop on a daily basis. etc.

Address Error: some customers did not place a valid address at the time of order resulting in shipping delays. We are holding your items and have reached out via email for an address update. Please update your address within 3 days of purchase or a partial refund will be processed and your order will be cancelled. In order for your items to arrive to you smoothly without getting lost or returned we must have a full valid address (including name, street address (house/apt number if needed), state, country, postal code, and phone number).

Returned Parcel: if your items are returned to us due to 'insufficient address' or for being 'unclaimed' then you (the customer) is responsible for paying an additional reshipment fee to have your items reshipped to your new/updated address. The Mini Thread Box is NOT responsible for wrong addresses placed on orders.

Lost or Stolen Parcels: If you have an issue with a lost of stolen parcel please contact your shipping company directly and provide them with your tracking number. Please note The Mini Thread Box is NOT responsible for lost or stolen shipments.

It is the customers responsibility to review all shop policies before placing their order with any business, therefore, when placing an order with our business you agreed to ALL STORE POLICIES. Please note that emails sent for order updates/tracking numbers will take 1-2 business days to receive a response due to the high volume of emails we receive.
