Embroidery design are available in multiple formats: EXP, JEF, DST, HUS, SEW, VP3, PES, and XXX. Please note that resizing is not available directly, this would require a Custom Digitizing service. Since this is a digital product, we DO NOT offer returns or refunds, no exceptions.
 
Please note:
Color coding may vary depending on your embroidery machine; each machine uses a different color sequence.
Make sure you know how to use your embroidery machine and handle the files correctly as most issues come from machine settings or user error, not the designs themselves.
We test all our designs on our Brother (PES) machines before releasing them for public sale to ensure they work perfectly. If you have any issues please troubleshoot your machine first and ensure that all areas are properly functioning. 
All our digitized designs can be embroidered onto clothing without inquiring the custom service fees. If you would like one of the designs embroidered and do not see it in our clothing options feel free to reach out to us and we'll make it!
