AUTHENTICITY

We are aware that authenticity is important to many customers. Please be aware all our items are made by hand and are not original authentic brands. We do not claim to be any brand other than or own, The Mini Thread Box.

DELIVERY

Processing times are currently 1-4 weeks (7-28 business days); this is the time it takes to make, prepare, and complete your order. Please note that your item will not enter the processing time frame if you have missing information for your order (such as images for custom orders, addresses, postal codes, etc.) and your order will be placed on hold. All relevant information must be received in order for us to begin processing and creating your amazing designs! Once all the necessary information is received then items will enter the processing time frame; this may cause delays or an extended processing time however it is out of our control if customers do not provide necessary information. We will email you if more information is required. Thank you!

 

Shipping prices are based on weight, size, and product quantity of the order. Please note that the price will reflect the benefit that all packages come with tracked shipping information and all Canadian and USA shipping include liability and postal insurance. Unfortunately, due to being a small business we are unable to lower shipping prices at the moment as they go according to the postal companies fees. We have given the lowest rate we possibly can with the most benefits to you to ensure that your items arrives safe, soundly, and in a timely manner.

Please note The Mini Thread Box  is not responsible for any custom fees, shipping delays due to customs, COVID-19, or natural weather occurrences. We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once delivered to the post office and any postal claims should be made directly to the postal office as all packages are provided with tracking information. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information as soon as your order is shipped out.

CUSTOM REQUEST & SHOP CLOSURES

Please note that from time to time our shop may experience a shop closure due to the high volume of orders we receive during certain seasons such as Halloween and Christmas. As a small business at times we must limit the number of orders we accept in order to ensure we can keep up with the demand. All shop closures will be announced via social media before hand to allow customers to prepare and place orders if desired before the closure. Please note that any invoices or custom requests that come through during our shop closures WILL NOT BEGIN PROCESSING UNTIL THE SHOP REOPENS. Therefore, your order may inquire a longer processing time if placed during a closure. If you are not comfortable waiting a longer processing time please feel free to revisit us or inquire again once our shop reopens. We appreciate your understanding with this matter and if you have any questions about our shop closures or an invoice/custom request placed during that time please feel free to contact us. 

 

CUSTOM & IMPORT FEES

Buyers are FULLY RESPONSIBLE for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their country at time of delivery. Please note The Mini Thread Box is not responsible for any additional fees charged for custom fees or postal fees in country of destination.
